Each package includes the following (per person): a charger plate or mat, dinner plate, dessert plate, stemware, 4 piece cutlery set and a coordinating floral arrangement (or two based on package size). The vase(s) for the florals are yours to keep!



Yes! After you purchase your Petite Party online, please forward your order confirmation to us along with a note indicating which rental items you would like to add on, or for additional floral arrangements, we are happy to quote you the relevant floral arrangement costs.



Each customer has the option to pick up their Petite Party rentals package from the Plate Occasions warehouse in Woodbridge on the day prior to your event (typically Fridays for weekend events). There is no cost for this service. The rentals should be returned on the day after your event (typically Mondays for Friday and weekend events).

Optional delivery of your Petite Parties package is available for most locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery costs will be quoted based on postal code during the check-out process. PLEASE NOTE: regardless of choosing pick up or delivery, your floral arrangements will be delivered fresh on the day of your event at no extra cost within the Greater Toronto Area**. If your event is being hosted during the morning or afternoon, we recommend requesting delivery on the day prior to ensure the florals are received in time. All rentals will be delivered on the day prior to your event unless otherwise requested.

Please note that orders for events taking place on Mondays will incur a slight surcharge and the florals would not be available for delivery any earlier than the afternoon. Please discuss with Plate Occasions prior to placing an order for a Monday event. 

Deliveries outside of the Greater Toronto Area require a minimum spend of $450.00 and delivery fees will be quoted prior to purchase.



All packages are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Should a package be sold out for your date, we will contact you to discuss options or provide a full refund within 3 business days. Floral arrangements may be affected by seasonal availability. Floral substitutions may occur, however, every attempt will be made for floral arrangements to resemble the photos provided as closely as possible. Please email us for details.

All Petite Parties orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. All orders are non-refundable. Orders that are cancelled at least 7 days in advance may be re-booked within three months without penalty.
